While one in 10,000 Californians infected with H1N1 flu died, three out of 13 million died after being vaccinated, according to state data. Furthermore, of the 8,294 adverse events reported to the CDC since the distribution of 120 million doses of the vaccine, 94% were considered not serious, one expert said.
